Turf Concepts Landscape Management has been serving the Downriver community for 16 years and continues to build relationships with its customers to provide the best possible service.
The team at Turf Concepts is devoted to the outdoors and providing services in a way that is hassle-free to the customer. Turf Concepts provides weekly lawn maintenance, fertilization, bed care, mulching, stone, topsoil, plantings, brick paver walkways and patios, fire pits, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, ponds and pondless waterfalls, shrub and tree trimming, grading, irrigation repair, low voltage landscape lighting, snow removal, ice management, and more.
“Outdoor living spaces have become very popular over the past few years, and we enjoy working with our customers to design a backyard oasis that they can look forward to relaxing in after a long week,” says Jeremy Giles, owner of Turf Concepts.
Most of Turf Concepts’ projects and customers come from referrals, which further cements its dedication to and appreciation for the people for whom it designs and creates. During the winter, the company promises to assist customers with timely snow removal and de-icing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop by offering complete lawn care and landscaping services,” Giles says. “We could not do what we do without our employees, which include a certified arborist and four state-certified pesticide applicators on staff. Our employees continue to stay up-to-date on industry training and certification, which has led to our growth.”
As a company, Turf Concepts plans to expand its services and staff to better serve its customers. Yet it intends to stay Downriver because that’s where its roots are, Giles says.
Turf Concepts believes in educating their customers on what’s best for them in their situation and about potential costs for services. “There are too many people out there who cut corners, and it is important for potential customers to understand what materials or plants best fit their project,” Giles says. “We have always prided ourselves on doing the project right the first time for a fair price.”
During a customer consultation, Turf Concepts captures the customer’s vision and translates it into a design, oftentimes a 3-D formatted design, so that a customer can truly visualize what the project will look like when complete.
