Q  Please explain why you know or believe that Holistic Wellness makes a difference.

Our Chiropractic Center [Porter & Clark Chiropractic] has gotten great results with Holistic Wellness. We have cared for many patients who have undergone traditional health care regimens without getting results, then after a nutritional and holistic program in our office their problems were alleviated. Our goal is to improve overall general health, and give a clear understanding for the need of a well-balanced lifestyle with nutrition, exercise and other natural non-invasive treatments.

Q  How have you incorporated that belief into your practice?

We have incorporated Holistic Wellness into our clinic, as a form of healing and the quest for optimal health. Gaining proper balance in life.

Q   What services of yours do you think have benefited the most from a holistic approach?

All of our services have a more natural holistic approach with focus more on the lifestyle of the person and identifies the imbalances which may cause some negative effects to the person’s health. The holistic treatments can be combined with the conventional methods if circumstances allow so. We work very closely with medical doctors in our area and always encourage our patients to continue with all their medical care as well as utilizing our natural holistic approach along with traditional forms of health care.

Q   Can you please tell us more about the Nutrition Response Testing you offer?

Nutrition Response Testing is a very precise and non-invasive method of testing, analyzing, and correcting nutritional imbalances in the body. It consists of testing nerve/muscle/body reflexes to determine what may be wrong with the patient as it relates to possible deficiencies. We then use natural nutrition-based formulas to assist the patient’s body to heal itself. Based on the results of the initial testing, we will make recommendations of whole foods supplements, herbs and lifestyle adaptations (monitor your body at each visit). If you regularly experience fatigue, headaches, or an overall lack of energy; chances are you could benefit from Nutrition Response Testing.

Drs. Clark and Porter have been in practice for more than 25 years, specializing in Chiropractic and advanced Nutrition Response Testing. Dr. Clark is a master clinician and certified in “Advanced Clinical Training,” which is the highest level of training available in the Nutrition Response Testing technique. Dr. Clark has also completed hours towards a Chiropractic Rehabilitation Diplomate status.
